Ordering
Made your choice? The only thing you need to do is click the 'Add to shopping Bag' button. The item will be automatically placed in your Shopping Bag. Would you like to remove the item? Then just click on the wastebasket tray. You can continue shopping at any time and at each step of the ordering process. Orders from € 99 will shipped in the NL for free and for the rest of Europe we have discounted rates! Checkout? Just click on this button and follow all the steps, it is made as easy as possible!
Sign in
This is your first order? Then you have to sign in only once by filling out your emailaddress, self choosen password, name and delivery address. Next time you like to order, you only have to fill in your email and password. Returning customers can log in using their email address and chosen password.
Next step is flling out your preferred delivery address and payment method. The moment you click on the button 'Confirm order' and the payment moment, your order is placed. The ordered items are now on hold for you!
Payment
We like you to shop safe and simple. We offer several payment options.
- Direct online payment with your credit card (MasterCard/ Visa / Delta / Electron
Mastercard / Eurocard / PayPal Credit Card / PayPal Top Up Card / Switch / Maestro / Solo
American Express) through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to use this option! - Direct only payment with PayPal. PayPal is a safe and simple way to sent money online. You can pay easily and free at home and abroad with a bank account or a creditcard.
- Pay with creditcard through Multisafepay. Our payment provider.
- Pay with Ebanking through Multisafepay. Our payment provider.
- A Gift coupon or Reduction code issued by TopVintage.nl
- Transfer via internet banking / bank transfer. After your order you will receive an automatic email with payment info. You can then transfer the total amount yourself on our bankaccount or paypalaccount.
- Only available for customers with a Dutch bankaccount: iDEAL online payment
Once your payment is credited to our account we will ship your order the same or at least the next bussines day.
TopVintage.nl is an online shop, this means you can only order online or by telephone. We do not have a physical store. More info on Payments? See also our terms of use.
Order confirmation by email
Immediately after your order, you receive a confirmation by email with all the information about your order and payment.
No confirmation email received after 5 minutes?
It is possible that the confirmation email arrives in the folder junk mail. So if you do not receive our mail, you can check this folder / spambox.
If you did not receive an email at all, please contact us, don't forget to indicate your phone number in the email, so we can contact you.
Delivery time
As soon as your payment is credited on our bankaccount / paypal account we will immediately ship your order the same or at least the next business day! Delivery time is depending on the country you live. It can take 1 - 14 business days to deliver your package. We have no influence on the delivery process once the package is delivered to the post office. We only ship through TNT Netherlands.

Is your payment credited to our bank/paypal account? Then you will receive an email.
Order shipped:
Is your order shipped? Then we let you know by email. In case of your order is sent as a package you will receive the package number and the online track & trace code link where you can track your package (if applicable).
All our packages will be shipped signed-for Priority: secure and fast! We make no profit on our shipping rates. In contrary: most shipping methods we offer at a reduced rate!
Delay in delivery?
Please first check the online status of your delivery. Is your package after 15 days still not delivered, please contact us.
Newsletter
You can sign up for our weekly newsletter on our homepage (Shop). As soon as you order you will be automatically signed in. You can delete the tick in the box if you do not appreciate receiving our newsletter. We will keep you posted of special discounts and the latest updates. Do not miss it! We will certainly not harrass you with a huge amount of spam. We will sent it 4 times a month max. You can unsubscribe any time you like: via the link at the bottom of our newslletter or on the homepage (Shop).
Sold / reserved
Unfortunately, someone else already ordered this item. After ordering we will reserve the item for 5 days, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received in this time period we will sent a Reminder of payment by email. After no response / no payment we will relist the item on our website.
We try to keep our website clean and we delete every 2 weeks sold items.
Return policy
We have high standards and our goal is 100% satisfied customers. So we guarantee for all our items: MONEY BACK IF NOT SATISFIED! Also Sale items.
We have a money back return policy on new items (our clothing) as well as on our vintage items (shoes). For new items we have a 14 days return period, for vintage items we have a 2 days of return period.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 2 days of receipt regarding VINTAGE items (recognazible in Article description Condition) or another term as mutual agreed. For all NEW items applies 14 days within receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and if possible, after receiving the item in its original condition.
